This exciting new program involves state of the art equipment and combines a video game philosophy with a way of becoming physically fit. It creates a fun way for young, old and everyone in between to ride this wave of technology and become a healthier and stronger YOU!

DDR
Dance Dance Revolution is a popular video dance craze that has been documented as a welcome solution to youth obesity. Users stomp, slide, spin, and dance on our platforms to various dance programs while burning calories, earn points or following a workout mode.

CYBEX Trazer
Launch into an interactive virtual world where reaction time, acceleration, speed, power and balance drive on-screen activities. The Trazer is a unique and entertaining fitness experience that puts your movements into the game and measures performance.

Cateye GameBike
Burn calories while you ride ATVs, snowboard and more on the Cateye bikes. Connected to Sony’s PS2 gaming system, players race using not only game controllers, but also stationary bikes. Up to four GameBikes can be connected through a multi-tap for group competition.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Children under 5 not allowed to use the equipment.
Five to 7 year-olds must have a parent present.
Eight and up, no restrictions.
Adults are also invited to use equipment.
