This policy informs you of WBQB-FM’s practices with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information and aggregate information that is anonymous (such as your IP address). Personally identifiable information is information that allows us to contact you (such as name, telephone number, email address, or home address). This policy supplements our Terms and Conditions of Use, which we also urge you to read. By using our website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy and by our Terms & Conditions of Use. Centennial Broadcasting is the owner of this website and retains all ownership rights to the information collected at this site. However, in the event that we are involved in a sale of a substantial portion of our business assets, customer information may be among the transferred assets.
 
“B-Club” Registration
WBQB-FM allows website visitors who wish to receive special information to register for the “BClub.” Although you may use many features of this site without completing a registration form, visitors who do register for the “BClub” may have access to additional features of the site and will receive information about upcoming promotions, contests and events.Our registration form may ask you for contact information (such as name or email address) and demographic information (such as zip code or age). We may also ask you to submit comments about our station, your music preferences and/or your listening habits. You must provide this information to receive the benefits of registration. We may use the information you provide to notify you about upcoming station contests, promotions and events and to conduct internal surveys about our listeners’ preferences. Your personal information is securely stored in a database maintained by an affiliated company that administers our web site (“Site”). We, and our affiliates, do not share this information with advertisers or other third parties that are not part of the Mid-Atlantic Network family.

Online surveys/Online and On-Air Contests

When you register for the B At Work Club or enter a contest, the data you send is encrypted to protect it from being accessed by others. In addition, it is password protected so that only management personnel can access it. However, WBQB-FM cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

Privacy of Children
WBQB-FM encourages parents and guardians to be aware of and participate in their children’s online activities. No information should be submitted or posted at the Site by visitors under 13 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian. We strictly adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any child under the age of 13 without the prior verifiable consent of that person’s parent or guardian. If a child under 13 registers for the “BClub,” we promptly delete that child’s registration.
