Welcome back to Best Movie Trailers of the Week, a column where we handpick the best new movie trailers that have arrived online over the past week. Sin City: A Dame to Kill For Having come out of Sin City with absolutely no desire for more, it wasn’t surprising that the first two trailers for Sin City: A Dame to Kill For didn’t strike much of a chord. Tarantino, Nolan, Abrams and More Pressure Studios to Keep Buying Film Before It's Gone Forever
We’ve witnessed the perks of technological advancements in cinema over the past decade, but there has been a downside. As digital media usurps film-based cinema, some companies are struggling to survive — like the famous Eastman Kodak. The Wall Street Journal reports that “Kodak's motion-picture film sales have plummeted 96% since 2006, from 12.4 billion linear feet to an estimated 449 million this year.” The numbers are staggering, which is why a group of Hollywood studio heads are negotiating to set up an agreement that requires them to purchase a set quantity of film over the next several years, regardless if they will use that film or not. Several directing giants are persuading the studios to ink the deal, including Quentin Tarantino...

Is that some hard-core Marvel reference buried deep within the Guardians' comic history? Nope. The Milano is named after Peter Quill's childhood crush, Alyssa Milano.  As per director James Gunn: For those of you who asked, yes, Quill’s ship The Milano is named after his awesome childhood crush @Alyssa_Milano. #GuardiansoftheGalaxy — James Gunn...
