We’re not sure if Lee’s a 100% reliable source on this, but he’s probably in the loop. Until Marvel officially gives word, we’d still be cautiously optimistic about anything being official.

Bill Hader's List of the 200 Comedies You Need to Watch
If you regularly watch TCM, you already know that Bill Hader is a total cinephile, and he wants to share his love for movies with the world, particularly the younger set. That's why he's been host of Essentials, Jr. on Turner Classic Movies for the past few years, introducing relatively kid-friendly classics like To Kill a Mockingbird, the original Godzilla, Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton shorts, and Shane, which he programmed this past weekend.
Not enough? Well, aside from putting movie lovers in stitches with his classic-film-star impressions -- including those of Vincent Price, John Barrymore, James Mason, Peter O'Toole and many more seen during his run on Saturday Night Live (he's even mimicked fellow TCM host Ben Mankiewicz) -- he now has a whopping... The Best Movie Trailers of the Week
Welcome back to Best Movie Trailers of the Week, a column where we handpick the best new movie trailers that have arrived online over the past week.
It was the more comedic approach to the last Horns trailer that finally got me on board with the idea of Daniel Radcliffe donning a set of horns, but even though the comedy is long gone in this version, the editors do manage to find a new way to make it work. This trailer highlights the film’s suspense and violence, making a convincing case that Horns could be an excellent Halloween-time option. Thanks to the romance-heavy opening, the rather vicious and unsettling trailer-ending montage and all of the interesting, engaging story details in between, the piece winds up delivering a comprehensive sense of the story with... Lava is the latest mini offering from the beloved animation studio, and it showcases what a Pixar musical might look like. The lead character appears to be a giant volcano named Uku, and in this clip he sings us a sweet song about how he’s just looking for “someone to lava.”

How 'The Maze Runner' Will Change the Way We Watch Movies
How would you like to see The Maze Runner in a way no other movies are being seen right now? The upcoming YA adaptation will be the first Hollywood title released on Escape screens when the new format is unveiled in U.S. theaters on September 19, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
What is Escape? It's a panoramic projection using three screens, with the extra two extending at an angle on either side from the central screen that we're currently used to. It's similar to the 1950s Cinerama format but fixed for and with the digital age.
Check out a promo video below, via Slashfilm.
With The Maze Runner, though, you won't be getting the fully intended effect of Escape. Because the sci-fi flick wasn't shot with the format in mind, Fox is working... Read More
Praise the Horror-Movie Gods for This Incredible 'Cub' Trailer
2014 has been a particularly slim year for great horror movies, at least as far as Hollywood is concerned. As always, fans have to turn to the festival circuit to find the indie and international gems that prove there's still plenty of fresh blood in the genre, and so far this year that's included movies like Exists, Starry Eyes, Housebound, Oculus and The Babadook.
Having seen the above, I can attest all are quite worthwhile. However, they look like mere appetizers for Cub, a Belgian film that will soon have its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Directed by Jonas Govaerts, Cub is about a Cub Scout troop on a camping trip that comes across what seems like a feral child in the woods. That sounds like a rather generic setup, but if this... Read More
