Charlottesville (WBQB/WFVA/AP) -- Philanthropist and vintner Patricia Kluge has put her 24,000-square-foot Albemarle County house and 300 acres on the market. The 61-year-old Kluge says she's selling her Albemarle House estate because she and her husband, William Moses, want to downsize and travel more. She says they're planning to build a new home on 900 acres nearby. TTR Sotheby's International Realty in Washington, D.C., is marketing the estate. The property includes a library, gallery, pool, pool house, greenhouse, extensive gardens, three stocked ponds, a helicopter pad, stables and staff quarters. Kluge says she and Moses will continue operating a vineyard and winery and hope to expand the business. The vineyard's output this year is estimated at about 35,000 cases.
