(Alexandria)- Seventeen people are being accused of participating in a massive regional marijuana ring. All 17 were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit racketeering in Alexandria. The Alexandria Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office says one of the arrested is responsible for a murder in Alexandria last November. The drug-trafficking organization allegedly sold large amounts of marijuana in Northern Virginia, D.C., and Maryland.
