(Richmond)- Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares is threatening legal action over a hospital system’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Miyares sent a letter to Inova Health System saying a discrimination lawsuit is possible as they review complaints. The state official says multiple employees say their religious and disability vaccine exempt forms were denied. Inova says they are following Virginia law and have review panels who make final decisions on exemption requests.
