The Spotsy Arts Festival is geared to everyone who loves art from being a first-time attendee to a seasoned art lover who is looking for that special something to add to their personal collection. Come, meet the artists and craftsmen, many of who will be demonstrating their various skills and talents. This is a juried Art Festival which means the Exhibitors are held to a high level of excellence.
