(Richmond)- Drive sober or get pulled over. That’s the message from Virginia State Police to all motorists ahead of tonight’s celebrations of a new year. More than a-hundred law enforcement agencies across the state are joining forces to get drunk drivers off the road. Authorities are reminding everyone to plan ahead for a sober ride or use ride share services. Virginians are also encouraged to call the police if they see someone behind the wheel that appears to be intoxicated or a risk to others.
