(Richmond)- Law enforcement agencies across Virginia are about to begin clamping down on drivers that refuse to wear a seatbelt. It’s part of a nationwide collaboration starting today that will continue through June 5th. During the first quarter of 2021, more than a-hundred people died in car crashes who were not wearing a seatbelt.
