Aikido in Fredericksburg is hosting a Fall Festival!

The Heiwa Matsuri is an annual, family-oriented event hosted to celebrate the International Day of Peace. The festival will be on Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 10:30-1:30 p.m. The event is completely Free!
10:30- The first activity will be a free trial Aikido class for those ages 7+, youth or adult. No prior experience is needed, and we encourage everyone to try it out!
11:30- Next will be the World Peace Prayer Flag Ceremony, where we place each country’s flag in a large spiral while wishing them Peace and Prosperity. At the end, we wish May Peace Prevail to the whole World (outside if weather permits).
12:30- Then we will have Origami Crane making for Peace. Instructions will be provided.
