Mental Health America of Fredericksburg is hosting its second annual Silent Disco to raise funds for suicide prevention. This event is a fun, family-friendly event to celebrate survivors and those in recovery, honor those who have lost someone to suicide and the memory of those who died by suicide, encourage conversations to remove the stigma surrounding mental health and advocate for more suicide prevention and recovery resources for our community. All monies raised will stay in this community to fund our suicide prevention education program presented in middle and high schools and to other local organizations.
