The Fredericksburg American Legion 55 and the Fredericksburg Parks, Recreation and Events is hosting a good old fashioned Flag Retirement Ceremony on Flag Day this year. On June 14th at 10am to 1pm you can come to Memorial Park located at 1401 Kenmore Avenue in Fredericksburg and join in on the festivities. Bring your old flags with you to add them to the pile.
