Come out and join The Thurman Brisben Center for a night of baseball and fun!

For 34 years, the Brisben Center has provided homeless families and individuals with transformative shelter and services to help them obtain sustainable housing and overcome poverty. With 80 beds, we are the region’s largest shelter, serving 535 people each year. With 2,000 volunteers and little federal funding, we are a project of, by, and for the greater Fredericksburg community, which sees extraordinary wisdom in “teaching a man how to fish.”
