2021 Summer Walking Tours with the Historic Fredericksburg Foundation, Inc.
Saturdays at 10 am
$10/$7 members

The tours will cover about one mile and last 1.5-2 hours. We will take a short break halfway through each tour to sit down and drink water (provided) in air-conditioning.

Shopping Downtown in the 1950s
Before the mall and Walmart, everyone in a 30-mile radius came to downtown Fredericksburg to go shopping. We’ll walk you back in time along Caroline Street, showcasing plenty of old photos and ads to recreate back-to-school shopping over the sales tax holiday weekend.
