A two-session self-defense course just for women is coming to Ebenezer Church in Stafford this August. In partnership with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, Ebenezer will offer Systems of Self Defense for women ages 12 and up on Saturday, August 5 and Saturday, August 12 from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM.
